How long we keep information

We retain personal data only as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, including for legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. For example, client contracts and invoices are retained for six years in line with HMRC guidelines, while enquiry data is deleted after 12 months. We regularly review data held and securely delete what is no longer needed.
